• All prices are in NZD and include GST
• We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason

Returns & Refunds

• 14-day return policy for change of mind (unopened items only)
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed within 5 business days of receipt

Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to the purchase price of the product

Governing Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved in Auckland courts.
