1Currency, Pricing & 15% NZ GST
All prices shown on this website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). A formal tax invoice complying with Inland Revenue requirements is automatically generated and emailed upon order completion.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors resulting from typographical or technical oversights. If an error is discovered before dispatch, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
2Custom Personalisation & Customer Proofs
Our products are custom-crafted using high-precision CO2 laser cutters, UV marking lasers, and 3D additive printers based on the live personalization entered into our interactive design preview.
- Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring names, dates, monograms, and custom text are spelled correctly before completing checkout.
- Uploaded Artwork: By uploading corporate logos or custom artwork, you confirm that you possess the necessary copyright or trademark authorizations.
- Content Standards: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing hate speech, defamatory material, or unlawful content.
3Payment Terms & Manual NZ Internet Banking
We support two primary payment methods:
Credit/Debit Cards & Digital Wallets
Processed securely via Stripe with 3D-Secure 2.0. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported. Production commences immediately upon card authorization.
Manual NZ Internet Banking
Domestic transfer to our New Zealand business account (AJECK SYSTEMS LIMITED). Orders are held for 48 hours awaiting reconciliation. If payment reference matching is not completed within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
4Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) & Return Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits or modifies your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods fail to meet acceptable quality or do not match our description, you are entitled to a remedy.
Custom & Made-to-Order Goods: Under NZ consumer law, goods produced to bespoke customer specifications (such as engraved chopping boards, named nightlights, or bespoke corporate gifts) are exempt from statutory "change-of-mind" returns.

5Delivery, Rural Courier & Risk of Loss
Delivery is fulfilled nationwide via tracked courier services (CourierPost / NZ Post). Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the designated delivery address. Delivery timeframes and rural surcharges are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6Governing Law & Auckland Jurisdiction
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
